Mike was a pleasure to work with. We were relocating to the Minneapolis area and he was very patient in showing us all the different neighborhoods. He was very knowledgeable of the market and would point out things that could potentially adversely affect us. In the end, we bought a house that Mike showed us despite us having eliminated it. He is also very friendly, patient (never pushes us) and professional. He also educated us a lot about house maintenance and tricks to spotting hidden issues when looking at houses older than 10 years. He is also very good at negotiation and can even manage to let the seller give us the rainbow swing set. All in all, it was a great buying experience and we’re very happy with our house. We would recommend Mike to our friends and anyone looking for a new home.
